With over 35 years of financial expertise at both national and
community banks in Southwest Ohio, Judy has extensive
executive level experience in the industry ranging from
functioning as the Senior Trust Officer with responsibility for
more than $225 million in client assets, to being the Senior
Vice President & Controller for a $500 million bank.
Her community involvement is equally extensive including her
current appointment by Governor Ted Strickland serving a six
year term as Trustee of Edison Communicty College, and
executive level positions at Brukner Nature Center, Troy
Hayner Cultural Center, Troy Community Works, Big
Brothers/Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity and many more.

Tom Kleptz, CTFA
Principal
During his more than 20 years in the banking industry Tom
has earned the respect and admiration of his clients and
peers alike. Tom brings a client-centered focus to assisting
his clients in meeting their financial goals and objectives.
Previously as a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer, Tom
was responsible for managing a trust department with over
$750 million in assets.
Tom's extensive civic commitments include executive
positions with Brukner Nature Center, Northmont Education
Foundation, Troy Junior Basketball Association, Partnership
for Philanthropic Planning of Dayton, George Gardner
Foundation, and he also serves on the Editorial Advisory
Board of Trust & Investments magazine. Tom is a graduate of
Indiana University with a BS in Business Administration and a
MBA in Finance. Tom has earned a Certified Trust and
Financial Advisor designation from the Institute of Certified
Bankers and is a graduate of both the National Trust School
and Graduate Trust School of the American Bankers
Association.

Stacy Frederick
Client Services Representative
Stacy joined the OneTrust team in November 2011 and
brings several years experience in sales, marketing and
customer relations to the business. She has previously
worked as a teacher’s aide and been an active elementary
school volunteer serving as a PTO officer and Chair or Co-
Chair of various fund raising events. Stacy earned her BS
degree in Marketing and Management from Wright State
University.
